Agent at Keller Williams

Can I use two different real estate companies?

Barbara Brown answered:
Hi Lilly,

Did you mean that you have a multi-family home? If that's the case, it's sold as one property & can only be listed by one realtor. There is a contract that is signed at the time the home is listed, because that ensures the agent that they will be paid at closing.

As for your question about all realtors having the same resources for marketing your property, each agent could be different because it would depend on whether they have chosen to pay for certain services. So you will have something to compare, I will list the advantages of listing with me:

All realtors have access to the MLS (multiple listing service), but in addition your home would be showcased on Realtor.com & automatically sent to over 25 of the top real estate consumer websites. After that I would consult with you on the best marketing plan for your specific situation, including advertising, open houses, brokers open, flyers, etc.

If you would like to see a sample of the websites I use to market properties, or want to discuss listing your property further, please feel free to email me at BarbBrown@kw.com - Wed Nov 11 2009, 12:03
