Anu was amazing, my schedule was really tight and he came to meet me at off hours. Found an awesome apt in Forest Hill, Queens (and I am a brooklynite/city girl, so moving to queens was a very big deal to me...).
Anu even made sure I got settled in and helped me get a month free of internet, gave me good recommendations, told me where I can get easy parking, &&& gave me peppers from his garden. What more can a girl ask for?

Looking for a new apartment has normally been a time consuming and exhausting experience. It is never easy to find the perfect apartment, but it is almost harder to find a good realtor. I lucked out when I stumbled upon Anu while searching for some help. He took into consideration exactly what I had asked for. I am normally a picky person but he hit a home run every time. He also followed up after I signed the lease to make sure I was satisfied with the overall apartment. I plan to continue doing business with him when I am looking to buy an apartment.

Anu found us a fabulous one-bedroom apartment to rent in Jackson Heights in 2008. We shopped around for several places with Anu before deciding on this lovely place. Anu was more than just a broker -- he was an advocate. He listened to our needs, didn't waste our time and called immediately when an apartment that suited us opened up. Thanks to Anu, we saw our place the day it went on the market and signed the lease immediately. Anu ensured that the overwhelming paperwork was a breeze. After finding us the apartment, Anu showed us around the neighborhood, recommended shops and restaurants and even provided tips on how to find parking easily. Brokers have terrible reputations in NYC -- and for good reason -- but Anu is a real gem: A nice guy who genuinely cares about his clients and looks out for their needs and well-being. I would happily work with him again and recommend him highly.

Anu didn't end up finding our apartment but he was easily the most pleasant broker we worked with in our first move to NY! He catered to our change in needs/wants & stayed in touch each and every day. He is responsive & won't nickel and dime you. Even when we found a place through someone else he wished us well & offered us a deal on cable! I'd suggest Anu to anyone who asked and will also be using him on our next move!

We are first time renters in NYC, and Anu was nothing but kind, patient, and well wishing. He goes that extra mile to make sure you find that right place. He is the BEST realtor we have had thus far. We have had a few, most of them just want sell a place off so they collect a commission. NOT Anu, and he sticks to budget! We will only come to him when ever we want to rent, buy, or sell property. He is much more than "just" a realtor. Thank You Anu!

Anu is a very honest and ethical professional who made my move a lot easier than it could have been. I really get the feeling that Anu is more concerned with finding good homes for his clients than he is with getting his fees. I didn't love the first place he showed me, so I gave him what I thought was a hopelessly vague response -- but he was apparently good at translating my confused comments and immediately pointed me at a place that was perfect for me. He gave good advice, helped with a couple of other issues, and kept checking in even after the lease was signed. I'd highly recommend Anu to anyone in a rush to find a new apartment.

Anu called me back immediately. He listened carefully to my needs and tailored the apartments exactly to my needs. He was polite, responsive, attentive and knowledgeable about the process and the neighborhood.
I highly recommend him for out-of-towners, like myself, since I would have made some lousy choices if it weren't for Anu's help and advice. He showed me a neighborhood I haven't even known about, and I fell in love with it. The apartment he had as "first pick" for me was the one that I took at the end, even though he showed me several other options. It seemed like he knew better what is good for me that even I did (and this is rare that I admit)! He even helped me set-up my utilities.
