The Consumer Energy Council of America. There is a section on fuel types. One thing to consider is that the price for natural gas is also on the rise.
You also get people that look for electric heat now. There are some furnaces that are convertable to heat or gas. You may also find some discounts and paybacks for using these types of units.
I had a client that did this in a rebuild. I'll try to find out what he used and the benefits. I will post back to you.
