Ann Zemaitis has been living and/or working in New York City for over 30 years. She has owned homes in Greenwich Village, Tribeca, Brooklyn Heights, and even has a restored 1885 Victorian beach home in Cape May, New Jersey.
Ann combines her vast knowledge of real estate with marketing expertise, creativity and endless drive to assist anyone in selling their home, or in obtaining a dream home, pied-a-terre or investment property.
A successful entrepreneur, she owned one of the first skateboard stores in New York in Soho and worked making skateboards with artists Keith Haring, Jean-Michel Basquiat and others. A lifelong animal lover, Ann also owned the first pet-care service in Tribeca and Soho, so indeed knows the meaning of pet friendly.
Ann is well educated, with an M.A. and studied for an M.B.A. in marketing at Baruch College. She also taught at C.U.N.Y. for six years.
In her free time, she enjoys nothing more than spending time with her husband, two sons, Nicholas (an energetic middle-schooler) and Alexander (an autistic grade-schooler, who is playful and loving), and two Shar-Pei dogs Rocky & Rosie, making the most of what the best city in the world has to offer!
