Hello,
I realize it is a serious decision to decide which real estate agent to work witth. Hopefully this information will give you so more insight to help with your decision.
I truly take my job as your representative seriously. Finding the perfect home, investment property, etc., that you are looking for is my goal. When listing your home to sell I offer I believe to be as much advertising as most large real estate companies provide. Being in real estate sales for 23 years I have found proven marketing systems that help your property be highly visible on the internet, etc..
I have lived in Northwest Arkansas since 1965.
My father designed Bella Vista Village. We moved to Bella Vista from Cherokee Village another Cooper Communities development. I have been around land development my entire life. My father worked for Mr. John Cooper before I was born.... and that has been awhile! Smile!
When I make time I enjoy traveling the most. Attending conferences in regard to improving my life are my favorites. Friends, motorcycles, camping, fishing, boating, movies, and all the fun with the grandkids! Yet, I can give you the information about the restaurants and shopping too!
Personally, I am lucky to still have my mother, two brothers, one daughter, three grandchildren, two cats, two dogs and a bear! Yes! Really! Actually the two dogs and the bear belong to my fiance. Teka the bear was a rescue 13 years ago and she believes she is a big dog... she doesn't run loose and you do have to have a permit for these types of animals.
I hope you will consider Northwest Arkansas, it is a wonderful place to live!
Wishing you all the best in your search for the perfect property!
Sincerely,
Annette Gore
