A quick update on the Bonaire GA market, including Aspen Woods.
The average sales price for the past 12 months in Bonaire is just over $197K, the sales price to list price ratio is 98.4%, and the average days-on-market for homes that sold is 148 days. Bonaire GA is currently a buyers market with nearly 13 months of available inventory (159 non-foreclosure homes).
Specifically in Aspen Woods this year, 6 non-foreclosure homes have sold. The SP/LP was 98.79%, and DOM was 140 days. On average the homes sold for nearly $116K. Currently there are 7 homes available.
