This particular home has a contract on it and should close any day now. Unfortuantly the info you get off some sites can be old information and very difficult for us to update. If your specifically looking for foreclosures, send me an email I'll make sure you get an updated list of what's available. Nothing else I can assure you...don't worry about unwanted spam...I don't do that!
