After spending 20 yrs in other industries, it only made sense to combine my experience in hospitality, Sales, HR and manufacturing and apply my skills to the mortgage business. It just seemed odd that the right opportunity for me to begin was after the crisis occurred.
Originally from Rockland County NY, my destiny has always been NC. My dad earned his masters degree from NC State in '67 and we often returned for summer vacations in the Outer Banks in the 70's so it was a no brainer to follow his footsteps and head to Raleigh in 1983.
I moved to Winston in the mid 90's where I am fortunate enough to raise my family, work and live. I enjoy travelling throughout NC; especially the Blue Ridge Parkway and the many waterfalls located around the state.
I enjoy helping buyers determine the best plan of attack when it comes to qualifying and obtaining a mortgage loan in today's 'new lending' environment. To me, it's fun.
