"We were refereed to Amy as we were looking to re list our home with a new broker after being on the market for over a year with no offers. Amy came in and was honest and open with her comments on what we were doing wrong and gave us advice as to how to get our home sold. We were skeptical that changing a few things around would bring in buyers but only 3 weeks after The Boehm Team took new photos and put us back on the market we had an offer at full asking price.
