"When we were ready to sell our first home and move into something larger we chose Amanda to sell our house and of course to help us with the purchase of the new home. The amount of work that she did for us was more than I ever could have expected or asked of anyone to do. Our situation was very complicated and there were so many balls in the air. The biggest one being baby #3 that was due very soon. So of course we had to sell and close in time to get into the new house, which we did...one week before my due date. Had it not been for her, it wouldn't have happened. Had she not been doing not only her job but also pretty much babysitting the buyer's agent our house would not have sold and we would have lost the house we wanted to purchase. She was so smart about everything, anticipated what problems that could (and did) come up and had a plan to take care of it immediately. I love her, she is the best!"
