Just be very careful the house you are buying is in very good condition. If you're gettting the money from Hillsborough County they will do an inspection and if it doesn't pass you will not get the money for the house.
If you're looking in Pasco County you may be better off because Pasco has provisions to make repairs to a house to allow you to continue buying it. Pasco County requires the Realtor to attend a first time homebuyer class, Hillsborough County only requires the lender to attend a class. Hillsborough County Realtors are not always well versed in the County program requirements.
