Hello Mike,
No, I am not an employee of Tulia, but I wanted you to know where Trulia gets it's information. Just about everything you see in the "PROPERTY INFORMATION" section is directly from El Paso County Records and Pikes Peak MLS (from when it was listed before). Some buyers ask for this information to see how much "profit" the seller is looking to make.

Any realtor will tell them that this number doesnt reflect any changes in the market or changes to the home (Improvements or damage). This price will only affect those coming to you without a realtor and you should be prepared to answer them since you are marketing this yourself. Gather as much information about your home and area to justify your price.
