Raised in Wimberley and a native Texan, Alice is knowledgeable in the Wimberley and Texas Hill Country real estate market. After graduating from Texas State University with a degree in Marketing, Alice began her career in the real estate market with encouragement from her parents, longtime successful Realtors. Utilizing this exposure to the real estate arena, along with her skills in research, organization, and attention to detail, Alice maintains the ability to uncover the right property for any buyer or seller.
Because Alice has lived and worked in areas such as Atlanta, San Antonio, Dallas, Houston and Wimberley; she understands the importance of a good fit for families relocating to our town. Working in Houston for the past 8 years as a well respected Realtor and four years prior as a commerical leasing agent in San Antonio; Alice has moved home to raise her family . She is currentlyworking with the Wimberley Land Co and involved with Oak Orchard Enclave a development her husband, Phil Lebkuecher, developed in Wimberley while also supporting other community activities. She has been married for 17 years and is raising two boys. Alice also enjoys spending time with her family and taking full advantage of the outdoors, skiing, hiking, horseback riding, and gardening.
