That's a tough question to answer, while staying inside all the legal lines. But here's what I can tell you.
New Braunfels is very family oriented. There's a ton of stuff to do with kids of all ages, from Landa Park to the rivers to the new Skate Park, and more, New Braunfels is known as a wonderful place to raise a family. Our school districts are also good. You can visit http://www.newbraunfels.txed.net/ and http://www.comalisd.org/ to see more about our schools.

There are many options for places of worship as well. If you Google "churches new braunfels", you can browse the different demoninations and religions that have a local place to worship.
With regards to sports, camping, atv's, motorcycles, and hunting/shooting, that I can say without a doubt that you are coming to the right place! There are tons of beautiful spots to camp within 30 minutes of NB. I also ride motorcycles, and one of my favorite things about New Braunfels is that no matter which direction we choose to ride, it's gorgeous. I actually have a list of great rides that I could send to you if you want. And there are lots of spots to deer hunt, shooting ranges, etc here.
Because of equal housing laws and the Code of Ethics, I can't really say if you would be a good fit based on your description. But I hope that the above links and information will help lead you to your own conclusions!
