If you would like, you can email me directly and I should be able to have a firm answer for you in the morning. I believe you can, but it will be a tough closing to say the least especially if you want to close before the November 30th deadline for the tax incentives. What many people haven't thought of is that the deadline is the Monday following a 4 day (Thanksgiving) weekend. The chances of you closing on the 30th are slim. So plan, AND FAST to get a home under contract prior to October 5th especially if you are planning to use Your Way home. Have you picked a lender and if so, what lender are you using? They may already know the answer for your specific case. You may want to email them, too :) I know this isn't the definitive answer you are looking for but if you would like to email me, I can get you that answer in the morning.
