"I am writing to tell you about the amazing service provided by Mr. Frank Bailey.
In May of this year I accepted a new position in San Antonio. This may not seem like a big deal or move to most people; however, at the time I was living in Korea! I found Mr. Bailey through the TRULIA website. I browsed his site and found it answered most of my questions. Additionally, his site was user friendly for DOD employees. That told me he understood what I would encounter as I made a move from overseas.
I contacted him as well as approximately four other agents who had listings on TRULIA. Frank answered my inquiry in a matter of hours. (this is saying a lot with a 13 hour time difference) One or two of other agents answered inquiries but it took days, so I figured I would not be important to them so I dropped all communication. On the other hand, Frank answered all my questions, took all my specifications about what I was looking for and started finding listings that I could review. The amazing part……..it did not matter what time of day I e-mailed from Korea, Frank seem to answer! At one point I had to ask him if he ever slept.
I started out thinking I would be renting a home, only natural I had never owned a home. That whole paradigm shifted, Frank arranged for me to contact a loan officer and I was pre-approved for my first home loan. I had a specific builder in mind and type of house. Frank listened patiently and put all the requests together. As the time arrived for me to move to San Antonio Frank stayed in touch and reminded me of the important things to look for when purchasing a home.
I arrived in San Antonio on 27 June. Frank and I were looking at homes the next morning. Based on our conversations he had lined up showing with four builders, including the one I had mentioned. On that one day we went to four builders locations and looked at 10 homes and I found the one I really liked! In fact, it was a home by another builder! He helped through all phases of the purchase right through closing! In fact even after I closed and could not get off work to go to the city office to transfer the name of house he went in my stead to the City of Cibolo administrative offices and took care of the paper work for me!
My profession incorporates measuring and critiquing customer service, Frank exemplifies superior “world class” service! His attention to detail, finely honed ability to listen to the customer and match their needs to available homes epitomizes the skills of a true professional. I will gladly refer his name to anyone looking for a Realtor who will work for the client and go the extra mile!
