Your questions is veryn interesting, and there are so many opinions how many people are thinking about it.
On one hand it looks like this time of the year is dead if talking about real estate, but from my personla experience (13 years) I have noticed, that I always meet new clients in December. This year is not an exclusion. So, my advice: yes, market your home now.
If you didn't choose any Realtor, yet, let's talk.
