You are free to use any lender to finance your purchase regardless of your pre-approval. However, it is generally a good practice to shop for rates and fees ahead of securing the pre-approval and then stick with that lender. Doing so can shorten the amount of time necessary to get from contract to close. In today's mortgage environment, the loan process can take up to 6 weeks with certain lenders. Anything you can do the get to the closing table faster, will benefit as the buyer. The property in question appears to be a spec home - under construction. If I can help further, don't hesitate to call.
