Funding first is true ~ interviewing Realtors is not the best use of your time ~ how about you let the Realtor interview YOU? That way he or she can learn the most important parameters of your search & define the best properties meeting those needs. Does your Realtor take the initiative & think outside the box? Does your Realtor make your THREE families a big picture priority? With an extensive inventory in Central Florida, we must get to know our clients so that we can weed out the excess ~ Orange County has some fabulous opportunties for buyers ~ best of luck in your search! - Sat Dec 5 2009, 05:00
