I have dedicated over 40 years to Customer Service, and I value my clients above all else. I have learned the importance of Customer Satisfaction as a consultant to Fortune 500 Companies, and as the owner-manager of a small retail business here in Tucson. As a Realtor, I continue to make Customer Service the cornerstone of my business.

Originally from New York, I own a home in the Catalina Foothills with my wife Myra, of more than 30 years. We have a son Devin, who lives and works in New York City.

I have a MBA degree from the City University of New York, and have been active in the Boy Scouts, AYSO Soccer, and the League of Women Voters, among other things. I am a member of the Sonoran Desert Wildlife Museum, and of Tohonu Chul Park, and an avid supporter of our local public radio and television stations.

I have been a Real Estate agent since 2004, when the market was booming. It is a very different experience now, and I welcome the challenges. Before my Real Estate career, I was a consultant in the data processing industry for over 30 years, serving many Fortune 500 clients. I quickly learned that in order to be successful, I had to listen carefully to my client's requirements and ask questions to be sure that I had a complete understanding of their needs. My job was not done until the client was completely satisfied. I carry this experience over to my Real Estate business. I always remember that the home that my client is buying or selling is theirs and not mine. It is always about you.
