"This summer, while looking for a summer home, we contacted Tom and Donna about a listing they had. That home had just sold, but after asking us a few questions, they immediately found us a few other properties, including the one we purchased. Even though it was an inexpensive property, They treated us as if we were buying a million dollar property. "My fiancé and I were looking to buy our first house this past year. Since we're young and inexperienced in buying we contacted any realtor we could. Tom McGroder was the only one that treated us as if we were going to be buying a 400K house instead of an inexpensive first house. When he first met with us he had a whole packet of information for us. No one else had been considerate enough to help educate us on the process of buying a home. "Tom McGroder is one of the people that we all wish we could be in contact with every day. My wife and I looked for a place we could afford for many years. We were very clear in what we wanted and our price range.
