Ian and his wife Tracy and their children, Jessica and Dylan have made Ormond Beach their home. Ian was born and raised outside Chicago and grew up with both parents licensed to sell real estate. Ian received an Associate in Science in Engineering Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. Ian worked as a Manufacturing Engineer with Fellowes Manufacturing but then realized that real estate was were his passion was. Ian grew up around real estate and had investment properties in Illinois and Florida. Ian started his real estate career with Re/Max and achieved great success. Ian received the Rising Star award as the top selling new Re/Max agent in all of Northern Illinois his first year in business and continued to be a top producer. Ian grew the business and became the HomeCourt Team with four licensed agents and two full time office staff. The HomeCourt Team was in the top 20 out of 485 teams in Northern Illinois and helped about 130 families a year find or sell their homes. Ian has been working hard to build the The Dream Homes Team to be one of the leading real estate teams in the Daytona Area. Ian is actively involved in the community including, member of several local Chamber of Commerce, member of Kiwanis International, volunteering at local schools and volunteering for Habitat for Humanity. The best time to sell your home is now if that fits into your life plan. You should always sell your home when you are ready or need to sell your home. You will never be able to truly time the market. If the market is a strong seller's market, you will get top dollar for your home but you will also be paying top dollar for your next home and that is typically in a higher price point. If you need to sell now for whatever reasons life throws your way, then sell. What is important is to work with a true professional that has your best interests in mind and really get your house ready to sell. It starts with pricing your home realistically within your market. You then need to get your home ready to show well and look its best. You have one opportunity to grab a buyer. You must make the most of each showing. Listen to your agent.
