Our managing Member Anita I. Hale brings over 10 years of diversity real estate experience to the company. She holds a GA Certified Residential Real Property Appraiser License #CR 287864. She is a FHA/HUD Appraiser

Prior to joining Stephens, Robinson, Hale Associates LLC, Anita served as a Housing Inspector for the City Government. Not much later after her arrival a position was created based on her extensive real estate research and title examination skills. She became the Research Analyst for Planning and Community Development Division for several years. In addition to providing research to the entire Code Compliance/Zoning staff, Anita also assisted the Water, Fire and Police department. During her employment with the City Government, Anita created, prepared and conducted a real estate research and skip trace training sessions on a continuous basis, which included courthouse trips to the real estate records and probate department.
