Realtor-Broker who is an "almost" native and very familiar with the areas in the Phoenix Valley. I am here to help my buyers and my sellers. It is all about them - not me. I will help buyers and sellers through the many ins and outs of a real estate transaction offering suggestions and advice. I will always tell the truth - may not be good news, but it will be the truth.

I searched on the MLS; however, I was unable to find this property under active. Many times the bank owned do not have any more photos. Best bet would be to work with a Realtor who would be willing to visit the properties you like and take photos....and then share with you.
A home with that square footage would typically have multiple offers - and the cash buyer(s) would often win out since the banks are wary of the appraisals these days.
Hope this helps..... - Mon Jun 15 2009, 09:14
There are slabs poured, and then the purchaser chooses flooring. That could be carpet, tile, vinyl, or??? Pretty much up to the original buyer. I've only seen slabs poured on the original homes being built here in Arizona. That said, if someone purchases a brand new home, and later adds carpet over tiles, that could be, but not the builder. - Wed Apr 15 2009, 22:37
Be prepared for not only a long transaction, but the likelihood (80-95%) that it won't close. Many/most times there is a second, or??? and in my experience the second does not like to compromise. If you have a choice, unless the short sale has a professional negotiator, go for the bank owned or seller owned. - Wed Apr 15 2009, 22:34
If I understand your question correctly, "it depends." I would speak with a loan officer to find out what you can comfortably qualify for....and then go from there. If you plan to live here, then if you can comfortably do so, now is definitely the market to think about a purchase. Just let me know if you need the name of a good lender.
I hope this helps.... - Tue Apr 14 2009, 11:36
Sue, this sounds like it COULD be a fractional purchase. Trulia does not allow us to post our rentals online unfortunately, so this must be one of the types of listings that buyers are always curious about because they are priced so low.
If you'd like me too, I can always check to make sure, but I suspect that's what it is. - Wed Apr 8 2009, 14:33
