TamiLaRovere answered:
People will always need a place to live. Wth so many people losing their homes to foreclosure, they still need a place to live. You can be the investor who has the house in your portfolio who rents it to these families. Obviously, it is best to buy low and sell high but you have to always look toward the future when building real estate assets. The market has always gone up and down through the years. Make sure you buy and sell smart and be able to set aside money for when the market is low and you have vacancies. - Tue Feb 24 2009, 13:44
