Suzanne really knows Mammoth neighborhoods, properties, people and always went the extra mile to make our purchase go smoothly. She has continued to help us out after the purchase when we are not in town and needed things done! She is a delight to know and quickly understood our taste and needs so we did not waste out time looking at things that did not suit us. She helped us get a price for our purchase that was fair both to us and the sellers.. and her good relationship with other real tors in town made a difference several times during our search and our purchase.

Summary:

From the beginning Ms Baker was full of excitement about listing our property and began the marketing with signage not only out front of our hillside/lakeview cabin but on the main shoreline road to generate interest of passing traffic. That little extra paid off. Suzanne then followed up a lead that with her special brand of nurturing, led to an offer and ultimately a sale in record time.

How could it get any better than that in this very soft market, especially with marketing a recreational home.

I expressed interest in her listing via Suzanne's website. She responded very quickly and effectively answered all my questions concerning making an offer, including obtaining a pre-approval letter from my lender. Even though she was the listing agent, she provided excellent advice on a fair offer. Once we accepted the counter offer, Suzanne quickly provided all the documents required during the purchase process. She effectively answered our questions and ensured the process met the 45 day escrow. Suzanne contacted us often to check in and make sure everything was proceeding. When we contacted her, she responded immediately to answer our concerns. I highly recommend her!
