There is a mortgage broker in Bryan Ohio that has the ability to shop around for a loan that best fits
your needs. If your credit score is 563 you may have to get into a loan with a somewhat higher interest
rate for a year. I am not a loan officer but am recommending you contact Coley Rau, with Amera Mortgage

customers in loan programs specific for their particular needs that couldn't be met by local bankers.
