I have been in the field of Finances for over 18 years and self-employed for over 13 years. This gives me the advantage of knowing how what your needs are. We have great loan programs to offer from a Primary Residence at 102% Financing with NO Mortgage Insurance to Investment Properties and 2nd Homes at a Great rates. We are also normally able to beat the bank's pricing and do go "Outside" the box. We have options that the Bank's are not able to do. Don't think that just because they are a National Bank, that there are not better deals and better loans out there for you. Let me prove that to you.
I do not pull credit right away. I want to make sure that you will qualify for a Home Loan before I look at your credit. There is no use in pulling the credit if the income is not going to allow you to get the financing you need. I go thru a series of questions about your income and expenses to make sure that all thenumbers work. Once we know that, we then get the application and credit. It is actually a very simple and easy process. I make it that way!
I take care of getting Surveys, Insurance Quotes, etc so that you do not have to worry about those things. You will ALWAYS have the say on acceptance of everything. Nothing is done without your approval. No costs are incurred until everything is in place and ready to go.
Getting your financing in line BEFORE looking for a home is always a much better way and much less disappointing and stressful. In today's times you will need a Pre-Approval letter before you make an offer on a home purchase. We can do this within about 30 min of talking to you.

Hello,
I am a mortgage broker and work on credit as well. There can be some very, very simple things to get your credit where it needs to be.

If you would like to call me, I can ask a few questions and probably tell you right away. I get people's credit up by anywhere from 30-60 points in even 2 weeks. It really just depends on what is there. There are also so many laws when it comes to credit reporting that the creditors are breaking several of those ALL THE TIME.

(I closed a loan in March with a Buyer that was being reported dead by a Bank)!
