Steve & Amy Dyer
Steve and Amy both grew up in Rockland, graduating from Rockland High School. They have owned several businesses over the past 15 years including a Certified Public Accounting (CPA) practice, a management consulting company, an insurance agency and a mortgage company. Additionally, Steve managed a team of 26 property managers throughout the United States for a variety of municipal clients such as the City of New York, the City of Philadelphia, Maricopa County Arizona and many others. Steve graduated from Southern New Hampshire University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Finance. He also completed all of the course work for a Master of Science degree in Management & Systems from New York University. Steve is currently enrolled in a Doctorate of Theology (ThD) program at Master’s International School of Divinity.
Amy graduated from Bentley College with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy. She also earned her Master of Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University. Amy is a Certified Public Accountant. She has been practicing accounting for the past 20 years with a wide variety of clients.
Steve and Amy recently moved back to the MidCoast area with their children, Ryan, age 8 and Meaghan, age 6. They both serve in the ministry of Littlefield Memorial Baptist Church in Rockland.
Devin & Kayla Fairfield
The Fairfields joined The MidCoast Group at Keller Williams Realty after having a great experience with the Dyer's representing them as first-time home buyers. Devin & Kayla are both locals who have always lived on the MidCoast of Maine. Devin is a Buyer Specialist with the Group.
