The latest MLS listing information indicates that there are a total of 4 homes that match your search criteria.

Prices range from $290K to $300K with POOLS. The single story homes currently listed all have 2 bathrooms. If you consider a two or more story (tri level) home, 3 additional homes pull into the search and here you will find your 2.5 and 3 baths, again with pools and all $300K or under.
