It should be. The rental market is good in many areas of San Diego County. I would look at rental magazines and the Union Tribune for what rents are going for. I would also contact a several rental companies in the Carlsbad Area and ask them what they think of the rental market by the High School. 4 bedrooms usually do pretty well in all areas of San Diego.
