When you are looking for answers in this forum it is always best to look at answers from people in the same state and area in which you have the property. Regardless of condition....there are many, many condos that are brand new...some professionally decorated models that have continued to sit on the market throughout the four county area....it most probably is the price....and the very big fact that condos are difficult to sell right now and without a dedicated and extensive marketing plan inclusive of how well it shows and sharp price...sprinkled with patience....it is a big job...Be wary of any agent who promises a momentary sale....Does your complex allow renters ?
