Rhonda was born and raised in East Flatbush, Brooklyn with her mom and brother. She attended Baruch College and majored in business administration with a minor in marketing. She is no stranger to hard work since she started her first job at 15 years old. Rhonda has been employed by top corporate companies and organizations like:

U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in the Human Resources Department. Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising (top 10 advertising co.), Ernst & Young (largest accounting firm), Gower Medical Publishing and lastly Sigma Pi Phi Fraternity as an Executive Manager for the National Office in New York City for 9 years (1st Greek fraternal organization and foundation for professional men).

She also began her own internet marketing company called On-Target Marketing Services and her marketing skills plays a key role in her real estate profession today.

She has many years of continuous business experience with great skills in administration, management, customer service, finances, technology, marketing and advertising.  Rhonda has a great work ethic, she provides great service, and she is able to stay excited and motivated through the process.
