My goals can be summarized in our mission statement, "Adding Value to the Lives We Touch and the Communities We Serve."
During my career I have achieved at high levels in a variety of roles and industries. RE/MAX Roots, my first entrepreneurial effort, represents a life refocused around service. The result has been an incredibly rewarding journey of contribution and blessings. During the worst real estate market in decades, we've grown at an incredible pace; a validation of our approach and our mission. In 2007 and 2008 we were THE LEADER in all major growth metrics for our region, quickly becoming #1 in our county. What we've learned is that service is its own reward.
Although we are a new brokerage, our agents are among the most experienced in the area. This is a product of our "Not Everybody Gets to Work Here" philosophy. This philosophy is all too unique in our profession. Many brokerages are loaded with agents who do little or no real estate business. We believe this is bad business and this practice does not "serve" the public. We believe that a real estate agent must be able to do more than "fog a mirror" in order to be trusted with your biggest investment.
My unwillingness to follow the "good old boy" brokerage business rules is an expression of my greatest business strength.
