I have lived and worked in this beautiful part of the world, Western Wisconsin, for over 30 years. My wife and I purchased our small farm in Dunn County in 1975, which has now grown to 124 acres. Although we do not farm for a living, our connection to the land has stayed with us over the years. We continue to appreciate this land and we work to manage it in a sustainable way so it willl continue to provide worth and enjoyment for future generations.
My previous experiences as a land owner, a landlord, and as a building contractor have given me a keen interest in, and knowledge of, the property values in this part of the state. I have been a realtor since 2005 and have had numerous successful sales transactions as a lisitng agent and as a buyer's agent, including vacant land as well as homes. By analyzing the quality and value of any real estate which may be of interest, I help my clients to understand where things are in the market. This is helpful for sellers to know what they can expect to receive on a sale and also for buyer to know what they should expect to pay. I am able to help buyer clients find what they are looking for at a reasonable price, help them to find appropriate lending programs, and guide them through all the necessary details through the closing.
