Primary charge is the day-to-day management of the office, which includes the supervision of all staff, and 35+ licensed real estate agents. This includes, but is not limited to, review of all commercial and residential leases and contracts for purchase and sale, property management (landlord tenant relationships), training and development of agents, conducting sales meetings, and participating in the application process for zoning applications on behalf of our clients.
Additionally, I am tasked with maintaining recruiting efforts targeted at growing the organization’s sales force, and subsequently positively impacting the company’s bottom-line.
I also bear the responsibility of management and review of the office budget and monthly P & L (Profit and Loss) statements. I initial and/or approve all invoices from vendors and other service providers. Consequently, I am charged with implementing measures to reduce expenses while simultaneously improving overall efficiencies. This requires stewardship and maintenance of the resources in my care including: company assets (property), human capital, confidential documents, office equipment, supplies, signage, etc.

As the Broker/Owner of this real estate concern located in East Metro Atlanta I focused primarily on buyer/seller representation in the disposition and acquisition of commercial and residential real property located in the 10 County Metro Atlanta Region. Additionally, responsibilities included the facilitation of meetings, conflict resolution, contract mediation, and the supervision, training, recruitment, and transaction cooperation with other agents within the firm.
