The property you are inquiring about is 3048 Tosca Way.
It reverted back to the lender (after a foreclosure) on 08-27-2009 for $209,500 (thus the RealtyTrac price you see listed on Trulia). It went on the market 10-31-09 listed for $159,000 and it went pending 11-30-09. It just closed escrow on 12-18-2009. It sold for $155,000.
There are other similar homes on the market in the area if you are interested. You can search the MLS directly from my website and even sign up for daily email alerts.
