About Me
In the past 15 years, I have witnessed growth in the Alliance Corridor that surpasses any growth "plans" in any other major cities. What used to be considered "country living" is quickly becoming the "heartbeat of North Texas". Just ask Terry Bradshaw, he will tell you when he bought his farm in Roanoke he wanted to live out in the country away from it all...Roanoke is now an up and continually growing laid back country community that is just miles from the Byron Nelson and Alliance Gateway.
My specialties in this area lie in relocating families to the Keller and Northwest ISD's. Where your children can attend nationally accredited schools, take horse riding lessons and compete in Texas' nationally ranked sports programs.
I have lived in Hawaii and have relocated several times as an Air Force spouse. My experience in relocating from overseas to the United States as well as to 13 stateside locations allows me to say "I have been there, done that and understand all of your challenges.
Moving is personal and very stressful. Place the responsibilities on MY shoulders so you can enjoy the experience.

The schools are well renowned and do meet the needs for special needs kids.
Northwest ISD is another excellent school district. I would assume that you would eventually want to
purchase a home in the school district in which you would lease a home to avoid having to change school
districts for your child.
I will assist you in finding a lease home in your price range. Are you looking for a single family residence or would you consider a 3 bedroom townhome with an HOA that would provide a swimming pool, park and walking trails for your personal use?

In General, how do sale prices compare to tax assessed values in the Fort Worth artea these days?

It is difficult to determine based on so many new build's are being taxed the first year on the land only.
For homes built in the 2003-2009 range, I am seeing tax appraisals lower than $20k of fair market value.
Overall there is probably no true rule of thumb but "property values" are truly holding! Fort Worth just announced a 300-acre retail site ground breaking so you what this means!
