This property is approx 12 blocks to the train and 10 blocks to the beach
As stated earlier is a bank owned property, being sold "strictly as is" with the buyer being responsible for the certificate of occupancy. This means that the buyer is responsible for necessary repairs before it is approved as a livable dwelling by the township . . . .which, depending upon its structural, functional and aesthetic condition means add'l $$$ on top of the selling price.
On a property such as this, it is best to see in person as even additional pictures may not truly depict its true condition.
