The most recent sale in Newcastle for a 5 acre lot sold for $40,000 in June of 2009. The property location is Hwy 62 to Hwy 130, West on Hwy 130 1 1/2 miles. So even though they are asking for $85,000 and $100,000, we could possibly get it for a lower cost.
