Great point , I have lenders email me all the time about clients I have and how they can help them there have been buyers coming out of the woodwork and I have tried multiple lenders for clients and do find they are getting tougher on their guidelines.
There are many with fair not great credit that just cant get a loan at a low normal rate right now.
The days of under scores 600 seem to be gone.
