An income/investment property is one that you would buy to rent out to someone else. It can be a single family home, a townhouse or a condominium. A single family home is a stand-alone structure that one family lives in as opposed to a townhouse that is attached to other homes.

A property that requires more money for repairs is referred to as a "fixer-upper" or "handyman special."

Hi Ratnam,

National City Mortgage takes 45-60 days to approve the offer. After that, it usually takes 30 days to close. You have to be patient in these transactions!

Hello Sagar,

The property you have inquired about does not exist. First of all, there are no single family homes in Centreville on New Braddock Road near the intersection of Singleton's Grove--they are all townhouses. Secondly, there have been no public notices regarding a foreclosure on New Braddock Road in Centreville, which, by law, requires two publications.

The closest sale to this property's description is a three bedroom three bathroom townhouse that was listed as a short sale for $250,000, that is currently under contract.
