Dear Neil,

You should have a realtor who is familiar with BMR units not necessarily one who only represents buyers. Is it a first sale that is part of a development and subject to a lottery or just first-come, first-served? Or is it a re-sale? You can go to http://www.sfgov.org and check out the Mayor's Office of Housing and learn the rules. While realtors prefer not to be involved with BMR units, all the rest of us are happy to assist you.
