The ocean front market seems to be leveling out, especially in older buildings. Some of the newer buildings that were sold in 2006-2007 still seem to be going through some foreclosures. Some of the best buys right now are older buildings. Many of them were upgraded a few years ago and have a fairly established base of people coming back for vacation every year.
