"Cyndi is a very friendly person, easy to work with, and helpful at all stages of the home buying process. We were in town for a brief visit, saw a house that interested us, and she came immediately to show it. She also brought listings of similar homes to show us. With our permission she sent us email listings periodically and one day we saw the "right" house. Since we were out of state she took our daughter through the house, took many pictures, and emailed them. When we came to see the house and make an offer, she was helpful in advising us in negotiations, signing the contract, and eventually at the closing.
