""As the housing prices boomed and investors set their sights on the Bakersfield market, most Realtors in the area failed to respond to me when I sought their services. However, Robert and Dawn made me feel as if I were their only client. I am from the San Francisco bay area and had just sold an investment property. I researched different markets around California and thought investing in the Bakersfield area would be wise. I put the property I sold in the bay area into a 1031 exchange. In this type of transaction there are time constraints. I had to make a swift and right decision. To make matters difficult, I had sold the property just prior to the winter holidays. I run a retail business and the holidays are when business is at its peak. Time away from the business during this season costs me money. I arranged a visit to Bakersfield to begin my hunt. Many of the Bakersfield Realtors I spoke to were unavailable to help because of the sudden jump in their own business. My trip seemed unsuccessful until I notice a listing recently sold by Robert and Dawn. I contacted them and discussed my situation. They said they would be willing to help.
