Most of the units at Kuhio Village are hotel-room like studios. The number of them for sale is in the normal range. The lease rent will be renegotiated in 2013, with an expiration in 2033.
The building is modest in appearance but the location is great, a block away from Waikiki Beach.
The monthly fees are low enough, between $520-600 for the studios that they might generate a positive cash flow!
