Good Evening.

I would say that most if not all of the advise below is solid. The one pointer I would give you is to research what said builder is offering on line, then cross reference those incentives with what the sales representatives are saying/offering to you. This is the first step I take when bringing clients to new builds. Of course my clients do not write contracts for/on new builds for a living, so they are always pleasantly surprised at the questions I ask and the extras I get them at no additional charge.
