I have worked with Darling on many occassions. The best thing to do, and this is for any homebuilder, is that if there is a home on the ground ready to go, they want it gone. Ask for rooms to be painted,ceiling fans installed in all rooms, make sure the house is like you want it. Remember, the builder wants to sell the home ASAP.
