As a long time resident of McKinney, TX I know every nook and cranny, the good, the great and the down right beautiful neighborhoods and gems that call McKinney home. I love the small time charm that reminds me of growing up in the Southern suburbs of Atlanta. From Historic Downtown McKinney to the Adriatica in Stonebridge Ranch, McKinney has so much character that it's hard to find anything better in the DFW suburbs.

When I'm not touring homes and meeting with clients, I'm a full-time mother of three growing teenagers, and so far only 2 gray hairs! We're fully immersed in the McKinney community so you're bound to see us at the Soccer Fields at Craig Ranch, at a dance recital with Mckinney Dance Academy or at a McKinney High School wrestling tournament or football game. Be sure to stop and say hello if you see me out and about.

When I first started looking for a realtor to help my family and I find a new house, I was overwhelmed by the number of realtors in the Dallas/Ft Worth area. I mean, how do you know which ones are good or not? That's why I was relieved when a friend of mine recommended Elaine Harper to help me find a home. She really listened to what it was I wanted and needed out of a home: a safe neighborhood with good schools. Now my family and I are in a home in rural McKinney and couldn't be happier. I normally do not write reviews, but felt compelled to do so regarding the outstanding services I received by using Elaine Harper as my real estate agent. I recently sold and purchased homes, and used Elaine in both transactions. She was driven, energetic, and extremely real estate savvy. During my home purchase, there were several uncommon road bumps that would have more than likely crippled the transaction – however, Elaine used her amazing negotiation skills and connections to not only fix my situation/predicament, but managed to get me an even better deal in the end. I cannot say enough good things about her determination to represent her clients in an honest, and dedicated manner.

If you are working with a Realtor, they should be able to assist in gathering comparable sales, and your lender should be be willing/open…
